Order Acceptance
As soon as you placed an order from our website, an electronic version invoice containing basic order details will be sent to you through email to your email address. If you receive the order confirmation email, it means that we accept your order and product(s) you ordered will be manufactured afterwards. You would also be informed soon or later if any item you ordered is unavailable.
Payment Method and Security

- Please don’t send your payment information by email because we can not guarantee the security of your data under this circumstance.
Delivery Information
Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. Each individual shipment may have a separate charge, but the total shipping charges for all shipment should not exceed the applicable flat-rate shipping charge for the entire order. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked with tracking number. Please send us email along with order number that we will offer you the tracking number after we ship out your parcel.
- Please note that imartmarker.com can not guarantee the specific shipping dates. It all depends on the products you order and the specific shipping destination. Please allow for no more than 20 days for delivery of your orders. Please contact customer service to track the order status after your order placed.
- imartmarker.com do not take any liability if your ordered products lost in delivery because of your shipping information provided incorrect.
Supply Conditions

Order Canceling
- You should contact imartmarker.com within 24 hours after you placed your order if you insist to change or cancel your order, because we will proceed and transfer you order to the manufacturer within this time frame.
- If the delivery has already been arranged, the customer shall apply for return on your own cost and refund after we receive the order.
Return and Refund
- You may need to check the goods immediately after you receive your order. This is help you to confirm the responsibility without any delay when any defect or damage is found.
- You need to return for full refund in the good condition if that is our fault. Under this circumstance, please contact us within 7 days.
- Before you return the goods, please make sure they are in original condition and all included accessories should be returned together.
